The Foundation will be fundraising for West Park
Hospital’s new innovative service called Community
Paramedicine. Recently approved by the State of
Wyoming, Community Paramedicine has Paramedics
operating in expanded roles in non-emergency
settings, performing assessments, treatments,
prevention and referrals.
Our Community Paramedics will receive referrals from
physicians tomake outbound calls on patients who do
not qualify for Home Health Services. Patients might
need help in a number of areas which may include:

Lab and specimen draws

Diabetes compliance including dietary choices
and glucose checks
